Travel fees are based on miles outside of my 25 mile radius of my Mill Creek office. Ferry tolls are included in the travel fee. Parking fees will be billed separately.

BEFORE THE SHOOT

• Determine which features you would like to highlight in the photographs

• Remove all clutter and furniture that may crowd the room or space

• Clean and stage the home, so it is “open house ready.”

• Replace any light bulbs that are not in working order

• The lawn should be cut and the yard tidy

DAY OF THE SHOOT

• Arrive 30 minutes before the shoot

• Open blinds and curtains

• Turn on all overhead lights and lamps, and turn off all ceiling fans

• Clear any remaining clutter from countertops and surfaces

• Make sure there are no vehicles parked in the driveway

• Hide garbage and recycling bins

PROPER AGENT PROTOCOL

• Be sure all cleanup and staging are done before the photographer arrives

• Keep in mind that the photographer is not permitted to move furniture or any of the homeowner’s property

• Point out the property’s best features to the photographer before the shoot begins

• Be available to answer questions and confer with your photographer during the shoot

Photography orders are delivered the next business day after the shoot.

Floor Plans are delivered in 1 - 2 business days after the shoot.

Aerial Drone Photography is delivered 2 business days from the day of the shoot.

Matterport 3D Tours are delivered 2 business days after the shoot.
